The body of the dress is made of candy pink, breathable cotton fabric, and two tiers of lace ruffle - one pink, one white - finish the hem. A strip of pink webbing with embroidered white flowers adds the perfect feminine touch while reinforcing the attached D-ring. Features extra wide hook and loop tape style closures at chest and belly. (Please see note below regarding hook and loop closures.) Kindly specify size when ordering. NOTE: Use common sense when using hook and loop style fastened harnesses.
